ILLEGAL

Currently submitting to film festivals, spurred by the political upheaval at our nation’s border, ILLEGAL, a 24-minute narrative short film, brings the audience behind closed doors of a Texas courtroom to watch as a jury of six deliberate the fate of an immigrant Mexican man that may be facing deportation. This film begs to ask, with a nation so divided politically as the United States, can laws and compassion co-exist within the judicial system?
